This policy explains how we create and maintain content on sapphirecoastdiscovery.com.au.
Accuracy first
- We rely on primary sources: national park and wildlife authorities, transport operators, councils, Bureau of Meteorology data and state tourism bodies.
- We never invent facts, prices, ratings, reviews, quotes or people. If we are not sure, we leave it out or tell you where to check.
- Details that change often — ferry and flight timetables, park fees, opening hours, road conditions, seasonal closures — are described in general terms with a pointer to the official source.
Independence and affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links to GetYourGuide (partner ID 22VGUPO). If you book after clicking, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Commercial blocks are clearly labelled with a disclosure directly beneath them. We choose tours on relevance to the page (for example, departure point and itinerary), never on commission rate, and we do not accept payment for placement.
Photography
We use photographs of the actual places described, sourced from Wikimedia Commons and other openly licensed collections, and we credit every photographer and licence on our photo credits page. We do not use generic stock photography to represent a specific place.
Respect for Country
Sapphire Coast, New South Wales lies on Aboriginal land. Where we discuss culturally significant places we follow the guidance of Traditional Owners and park authorities, including requests not to photograph or climb particular sites.
Updates and corrections
